  • Children:

    • Villa Ragazza Belize welcomes families with children, but the Villa was designed for adults. Villa Ragazza Belize is not childproof in any way, and is NOT A SAFE PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN unless CONSTANTLY monitored.

  • Minimum age for renters:

    • Villa Ragazza Belize will be rented to patrons over the age of 25, exceptions could be made to couples under the minimum age requirement.

  • Accessibility:

    • Due to Villa Ragazza Belize's design, it was not possible to install ramps.

  • Pets:

    • Small APPROVED pets are allowed (there will be a surcharge per day). Pets MUST be completely house-trained. We ask that you make sure to pick up after your pet. 

  • Smoking:

    • Only allowed in the veranda (a surcharge will be applied for smoking inside the main house).
